No restocking fees apply.
If any part requires repair during the first 30 days after receiving your
air purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then Heaven Fresh will replace it with
a new machine.

service_hfc@heavenfresh.ca and our Customer Service representative will make
every effort to respond to your email within 24 hours.
Pack the product in its original box.
Include the products User Guide that came with your order
Label and ship the package, freight prepaid, to the address provided. We do
not accept COD !
Please e-mail us your shipment tracking number at service_hfc@heavenfresh.ca
when you ship back the order (e.g. Canada Post Tracking Number).

This unit has been subjected to strict quality
control before leaving the factory. If within three years from the date of
purchase the product does not perform according to the specifications, because
of factory defects, the purchaser is entitled to free repairs or replacement of
parts upon presentation of this warranty within the first year; free repair
service during the second and the third year. (provided that the malfunction or
damage to the device and/or parts occurred under normal operating conditions).
What is covered: All parts defective in material and workmanship within
the first year and free repair service during the second and the third year.
For how long: Three years from purchase date.
What we will do: Repair or replace any defective parts.
What is not covered: Regular replacement filters;Removal, installation,
set-up service, maintenance charges.
What You Must Do
1. Please contact Heaven Fresh customer support at 1-866-625-1857 (www.heavenfresh.ca)
for Return Authorization Number.
2. Pack the product in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you
received it, or as identical as possible.
3. Include proof of purchase inside box.
4. Label and ship the unit, freight pre-paid, to the address provided.
Other Conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty
whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer‘s maximum
liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the
product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental,
consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that
has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, faulty assembly,
accident, natural catastrophes, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering,
alteration, or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if
the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.

We use Canada Post Expedited
Parcel Service for shipment. For our customers satisfaction, we make sure that
every order we ship is insured for more than the purchase price so that our
customers can have a complete peace of mind once they are done placing an order
from Heaven Fresh. If you find your unit damaged before opening when it arrives,
please contact Canada Post directly. Also, please notify us as soon as possible.
