I have been a Holistic Health Practitioner for 14 years now and have been studying holistic health and herbs and essential oils since 1984. I have seen allergies and breathing problems in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, Mayerthorpe, and Hinton areas of Alberta due to the pollutants being emmitted from the Oil Refineries, heavy traffic within the cities, and Pulp mill emmissions. I have seen little children carrying their asthma inhalers at the playground and it breaks my heart to see this.
I was never asthmatic in my life and in my 40's was told that I had asthma for the first time. Through using essential oils and whole food grade herbs I have gotton off of my asthma inhaler but I still was not breathing to my full lung capacity from the pollution still coming into my home from the refineries.
